The location it offers is quiet and absolutely perfect adjacent to town centre, the coast and Eden Project. Host treated us very well. We stayed here for 2 nights and would want to stay there again.

The location was quiet in the middle of the city, and had everything you needed. I greatly enjoyed the owner who runs the place. It had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher for cooking.

From start to finish - a real good experience for 1 night. Great and particularly good setting, just next door to the beautiful and historic Charlestown Harbour and St Austell. Btw, located in the middle of the city.

Nothing too much trouble, we would stay here again, loved it very much. This apartment is a great base for staying in St Austell. The place is adjacent to Eden Project as well as Quay and supermarkets...

We got great value for our money at Pochin House Collections - the room was comfortable and the furnishings really made it a special place to be. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in.
Breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Right place for a wedding celebration, we didn't want to say goodbye. Its location was quiet and unbeatable, 3 km from Wheal Martyn. The host was always available.
